glue, food coloring, and foil, oh my! Cezanne collages

1. Paint foil with glue, add drops of food coloring and brush over. Let dry,
2. Look at Cezanne's still life painitngs with fruit. Notice the shadows and black outlines.
3. Choose a piece of constuction paper for your background and your container for your fruit.If the container is a light tone, choose a dark background and vice versa.

4. Cut out a container shape out of contruction paper and glue it on the background.

5. Cut out fruit shapes from the painted foil and construction paper scraps.

6. Voila- a beautiful still life compostition!
