Based on the book, "Turkey Riddles," By Kay Hall, Lisa Eisenberg, and Kristina Sorra,each of my students made their own turkey riddle book.
Content: They chose 5 favorite riddles to be 
written and illustrated as pages on their books.
written and illustrated as pages on their books. Cover: The students painted coffee filters with water colors. After these dried, they were glued onto a colored paper background. Details were added and the coffee filter become the turkey feathers.
Title Page- Using Word in the computer lab, we created turkeys inserting shapes, using the paint bucket to add texture and color and WordArt to write out titles.
