Since our classroom theme this year is,"Owls," I thought that it would be fun to have our valentine delivery boxes fit the theme. Square tissue boxes were collected. Some were covered with colored paper or scrapbook paper and some were left as the box if the child liked the design. Feather tufts were added with paper, doliles, or snowflake stickers. Eyes- plastic jewels, googly eyes, even water bottle lids. Then came the beaks and feathers using paper, doilies, ribbon, etc.
