cardboard prints

Start with an 8 inch square of corrugated cardboard. Cut shapes from pieces of cardboard and arrange them on the square. Glue on the square. You may layer pieces and add other textural items such as onion bag netting. Apply acrylic paint with a small paint roller. Put a piece of paper on top of the painted square. Rub hard using circular motions and your knuckles. Pull the paper off of the square and there is your print! You may apply another color and print on top of the first print. Write about your print. Use your imagination and turn your print into a experience or story.

Under the Sea
Under the sea, is where I would like to be. Fish swim in schools. Sea turtles lumber by. The sea anemones make a garden of colors like a rainbow. Under the sea, would be an adventure for me.
